The owner of OAC-Consulting, Managing Director Ole Ankær Christensen, has in positions as Nordic Director, Managing Director, Development Director, and IT Director collected a massive experience through many years of solving challenging management tasks for companies like AGFA Healthcare, Philips Medical Systems, and A.P. Møller-Mærsk.

The core competencies are turnaround, change management, quality management, optimisation of processes, organisational- and culture development, business development, and strategic planning which Ole Ankær Christensen has on hands-on basis managed. The competences are hence based on himself handling the jobs, and not just consulting others. He also has his own experience with use of consultants, and knows well, what it takes to transform theoretical plans into successful implementations.
